2027 Audition Information 

Check-in time will start 30 minutes before each audition date

October 2nd - Open Auditions  5:30 - 9:30 pm 

October 3rd - Call Backs 9:00 am - 5:30 pm 

October 4th - Contract Audition 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Accessing Audition Packet 

All audition packets will be available digitally. You must fill out the online audition form and fee paid to gain access. Packets will not be distributed in person. 

Meals

Meals will NOT be provided during lunch and dinner breaks. We recommend bringing your own snacks and water. You are welcome to leave the facility for meals at nearby restaurants during breaks if necessary.  

Instruments & Equipment 

• All members should bring their own sticks or mallets if possible 

• A limited number of sticks will be available on site

Clothing & Footwear

For safety and mobility during auditions, all members of batterie and visual ensemble must wear: Athletic clothing and close-toed shoes . Crocs, sandals , slides or any footwear that could compromise safety are NOT ALLOWED
